About Us
Formed by five Veterans from all branches of the military.
Our Founding
Who We Are
In 2024, five veterans founded this organization. They drew on years of experience and membership in other veteran organizations and saw a need for a veteran group that supports veterans by walking the walk, not just talking the talk.
Nu Day Warriors helps Hays County veterans get on track to file their disability claims, provides rides to appointments, and sends care packages to deployed military. They also assist widows of veterans who have passed on and provide food to needy veteran families during the holidays. They donate to Hays ISD schools and visit senior veterans. Finally, they are heavily involved with the Hays County Veterans Treatment Court.
Nu Day Warriors is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit that operates entirely on donations.
